Giving more flexibility to your teams on a daily basis, and getting together every few months, maximising the time spent collaboratively.

Face-to-face sprints, strategically convened every 2 or 3 months, emerge as essential waypoints in this journey. These collaborative sessions not only bring teams together but also play a pivotal role in making hybrid work policies truly successful. Let's explore why these sprints are crucial:
